· Honest praise only. "Brilliant / Excellent / Mistake / Blunder" comes from Stockfish analysis, not templates — your kid never gets fake compliments.

Power Up Castle started because Ada wanted to play chess online with her friends — but every "chess for kids" site I found leaked personal info, public chat, ads, or all three.

So I built the castle she'd actually want to live in. Every feature you see here is something Ada (or one of her test players) asked for at the kitchen table.
