SAFE BY DESIGN

· No personal info. Display name and a 4-character magic word. No email, no phone, no real name.
· No DMs, no public matchmaking. Online play is private-room-link only — kids only play with people they invited or were invited by.
· Server-moderated chat. Profanity filter, rate limits, report flag, auto-hide.
· Honest praise only. "Brilliant / Excellent / Mistake / Blunder" comes from Stockfish analysis, not templates — your kid never gets fake compliments.
· AI on a leash. Host commentary runs server-side with the strictest safety filters — and a settings toggle turns AI-generated text off entirely.
· Leave without a trace. One tap on "forget me" erases everything, server and device. Leaderboards are opt-out too.

BUILT BY A DAD FOR HIS DAUGHTER

Power Up Castle started because Ada wanted chess to be more fun — a real castle for the kings, queens, and knights she was already moving around the board.

So the castle grew what she asked for at the kitchen table: Wizard's Duel, where chess pieces cast spells; a masters library to replay her hero Magnus Carlsen's games; puzzle plots to conquer; and honest feedback on every single move — real analysis, never an empty compliment.
